With the confirmation of your order you will be informed with a message to the email address or mobile phone you have provided us with, for the delivery time of your products depending on the area you have chosen to be shipped to you and depending on the products you have ordered.
The delivery time of the products is from 1 to 10 working days. Products with special features (e.g. special orders) are excluded from the above period.
The company chrisohou.gr sends the products you have ordered with partner courier companies.
The cost of shipping is € 3,50 for all your purchases up to € 50 and free of charge for purchases over € 50.
In case you choose cash on delivery as payment and delivery method you will be charged with additional costs of € 2,50.
In cases where the destination of the order is characterized as remote or inaccessible by the partner courier companies, we will consult with you before sending the order for the exact method of delivery. In this case, you have the choice of picking up your order from the nearest station of the partner courier company at no extra cost (when your purchase is from € 50 and above) or delivering it to the remote or inaccessible place with an additional charge according to the current price lists of the partner company.
In addition, when it comes to shipments to an area that is characterized by the transport companies as remote or inaccessible, there is no possibility of cash on delivery. In this case, you must prepay the order either by deposit in our bank account or by payment via your credit or debit card through our online store.
The company chrisohou.gr takes all necessary measures to ensure that the availability of all products presented in its online store is updated and that they are delivered to you on time. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicative examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, supplier problems and delays, government or legislative acts, etc. In the event of any delays, our business will make every effort to contact you to inform you.
In the event that an order is not delivered to our customer through the fault of the courier company, the responsibility is assumed by the Hos company. In this case and after all possibilities of finding the order have been exhausted, a solution will be sought in consultation with our customer.
Shipments outside Greece
For orders destined abroad, shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the country of destination and the characteristics of the shipment.The relevant information is provided after communication with the customer and precedes the finalization of the order. Additional charges may arise from customs authorities of the receiving country, for which our company is not responsible.
