PRODUCT CHANGES

Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt. One change is accepted for each product and you can obtain another product of equal or greater value.

Packaging and jewellery must be in their original condition and the package must include the receipt. Exchanges are also accepted for products purchased on sale or during sales.

Please contact us by calling 6955843240 or emailing chrisohoumaria@yahoo.gr or fill out the contact form and include the receipt number and the new product you wish to receive before returning the item. You will find our contact details under Contact Us.

The new order will be shipped within 5 days from the day we receive the returned product and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

MONEY REFUNDS

If you wish to receive a refund you must return the product within 5 working days from the date you received the order. The packaging and the product must be in its original condition and the package must include proof of purchase. Before proceeding to dispatch the product, please contact us by calling 6955843240, emailing chrisohoumaria@yahoo.gr or by completing the contact form to let us know and provide us with the account to which you would like us to refund the money. The money will be returned to your account within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product after deducting the shipping costs and bank charges in case the payment has been made by credit card.

Once we receive the product you sent as a replacement or return we examine its condition and inform you by e-mail about its receipt.

Chrisohou.gr is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit of your returns. We recommend that you have your returns shipped by reliable shipping companies. Before making any shipment, whether it is a replacement or a return, please contact us to let us know.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellations of orders are accepted until the day of shipment.
