• The Cost: It is determined by the manufacturing material (gold, silver), the choice of precious or semi-precious stones, and the labor hours required for its completion.

Delivery time and shipping expenses are structured as follows:

• Ready-made catalog jewelry: Shipped immediately within 1 to 3 business days.

• Custom (made-to-order) jewelry: Takes an average of 10 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the technical requirements of the design and our workshops waiting list, and is agreed upon during our phone communication.

• Shipping Cost:

• Free shipping for all orders over 50€ (within Greece).

• For orders under 50€, the charge is automatically calculated in your shopping cart before completing the payment.

• International Shipping: Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary for orders sent outside of Greece. For international deliveries, please contact us directly to provide you with an exact timeframe and cost.

Within 2-3 business days of expressing your interest, we will contact you to present the initial design proposals and aesthetic directions based on our workshops unique style.

The deposit is the final step in confirming our agreement:

• Start of Production: Once we agree on the proposals and the deposit is paid, your idea officially moves to our workshop for manufacturing.

Absolutely. All jewelry from Chrisohou.gr – including both our ready-made catalog products and our custom (made-to-order) creations – are manufactured to the highest quality standards and come with the necessary certifications:

• Authenticity & Workshop Stamps: Every piece of jewelry is stamped with the official hallmark certifying the purity of the metal (925 for silver, 585 for 14K gold, and 750 for 18K gold). Additionally, it bears our unique workshop identification code, which serves as our final signature of authenticity and manufacturing responsibility.

• Chrisohou Written Warranty: Along with your order, you receive our official, written warranty. This warranty certifies in writing the authenticity of the metals, as well as the natural origin of the precious or semi-precious gemstones used in all of our jewelry pieces.

 Our policy varies depending on the type of jewelry:

• Catalog Jewelry: You have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by its packaging and warranty.

• Custom (Made-to-Order) Jewelry: Due to the unique nature of these pieces, which are manufactured exclusively based on your specifications (specific sizing, engraving, stone selection), exchanges or refunds are not accepted. However, we are here to make any necessary adjustments (e.g., resizing) to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
